These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of myprojectsolution.com (the “Site”), operated by My Project Solution, LLC (“MPS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about MPS’s commerce systems engineering services, including WooCommerce and Shopify development, ERP systems integration, and custom Laravel applications. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Engagements for professional services are governed by a separately executed statement of work or services agreement, which controls over these Terms in the event of a conflict.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems, interfere with the Site’s operation (including scraping at disruptive volume, probing, or load testing), introduce malware or malicious code, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

Client names, logos, and trademarks shown on the Site (including in case studies) are the property of their respective owners and are used to describe factual working relationships. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing or as permitted by law.

4. Case Studies and Results

Case studies and performance metrics on the Site describe results achieved for specific clients under specific circumstances. They are illustrative, not a guarantee of similar results for your project.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). 10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date, and your continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance.
